How can I cancel my order?

Change of heart? Please email us to vivesalvaje.aroma@gmail.com and as long as we have not already shipped your order, we will be happy to cancel your order!

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment on an order is processed at the time it is submitted for processing. In the event that an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be reimbursed immediately back to the original form of payment.

 

I need to make changes to my order, what can I do?

Please email us as soon as you notice there are errors on your order or if you need to make any changes! As long as the items have not been shipped out, our team is always here to help, vivesalvaje.aroma@gmail.com  

 

How much is Shipping cost?

We are currently offering free shipping to domestic orders in the US over the price of $15 and only $2.99 for items under due to the materials needed to ship our glass items in the most eco-friendly matter. 



RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin an initiation process, simply email us at vivesalvaje.aroma@gmail.com. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. The items will need to be shipped to 15425 Firmona Ave Lawndale CA 90260.

Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days.

 

Can I exchange my item?

We want to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order! If you’re not happy with your order, you’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to request for an exchange. Simply email us at vivesalvaje.aroma@gmail.com and we’ll be more than happy to help!

I received a damaged product. What do I do? I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?
